AthenisHQ (athenishq.com) is a portfolio site for a small set of AI-native products. This page covers what happens on athenishq.com itself — each individual product (Aletheia, OwlScore, OwlNote, CAL-C) has its own privacy practices where applicable, since they run as separate services.

What we collect

This site does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or ad pixels. The only personal information we collect is what you give us directly:

• The email address you submit through a "notify me" or waitlist form on this site.
• Anything you write to us directly by email.

How we use it

Email addresses submitted through waitlist forms are used only to tell you when the relevant product ships or has news — nothing else. We don't sell, rent, or share this list with third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Waitlist submissions are sent to a backend we operate and delivered via Resend, our email-sending provider, to notify us of the signup. That's the only third-party processor involved in this flow.
